“Allison Johnston joined UnderCoverWear over 19 years ago after moving from Townsville to Rockhampton. Having worked in the fashion industry managing a boutique, she was keen to follow this line of work. UnderCoverWear was already in the family with Allison’s Mum Merle working hard to convince her it was a great choice. With the focus on a “REAL” job it took 
several months and the closure of a major department store before she decided to give it a go.
Today Allison’s belief is she has an “UNREAL” job and is proud to be Gold Regional Manager to an amazing group of ladies. “I love so much about my business… seeing ladies believing in themselves, growing on so many levels (financially, independently, confidence), the flexibility it offers for our 2 gorgeous children, Lachlan and Olivia, (I love not having to say NO, Mummy can’t make it to sports day etc.) and of course all the incredible incentives UnderCoverWear has on offer to achieve. We have certainly seen a lot of the world that we would never have done so without UCW.

Prior to joining UnderCoverWear, I wasn’t a really confident person and I would have rather had teeth pulled than present to a group of people. In one of my very first conversations with the person that became my Manager I said “I could never do what you do!”
As I got to know my Manager better, I started to see the quality of life that UnderCoverWear could offer and I started to think that maybe I could…. 
Well as it turns out I was right. Who would have thought that it would be something that I could really excel at and enjoy!! 2 ½ years later I have my own Company Car, a fantastic team of consultants and my husband and I are off to Thailand together FOR FREE!! I’m glad that I made the decision that was right for me in choosing a company that offers a fantastic product, a flexible working environment and a support network to help me achieve my goals.
