Payment is by Credit Card only. Should you prefer to pay by cheque, submit your completed online order form, and post your cheque, made payable to UnderCoverWear Collection, to PO Box 1000 Castle Hill NSW 1765 Australia. Your order will be processed after the cheque is cleared by the bank, usually adding about five working days to the despatch of your order. Bank cheques and money orders are also accepted using this method. CHOOSING YOUR GARMENTS Due to the different yarns used in different fabrics and laces, shades and colours may vary slightly when dyeing. Therefore, when purchasing tops and bottoms to create sets, we suggest you place your order for matching pieces at the same time. Our production team members are experts! Please follow their care and washing instructions closely to avoid damaging your soon-to-become favourite UCW garments, and ensure you have the pleasure of wearing them for many years. And remember, sizing varies between manufacturers, so read our sizing tables carefully to ensure the perfect fit for your body shape. We aim to exceed your expectations, and place great emphasis in our quality management systems. We are proud of our reputation for manufacturing and delivering garments of the highest standards, not just in quality, but in design and price as well. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please follow the instructions below, and we’ll happily exchange them, or issue you with a Merchandise Voucher or a refund. If you are not completely satisfied with any of UnderCoverWear’s products, UCW will be happy to exchange the item or you will be issued with a Merchandise Voucher or a refund in accordance with the policy below. For your security, returns should be sent directly to UCW by traceable delivery as UCW cannot accept responsibility for missing goods. UCW does not accept COD delivery of returned goods. All returns must be received at UnderCoverWear 30 days from the date of despatch shown on the delivery form; unworn, in original condition and accompanied by the Delivery/Exchange form, with the swing tag attached to the garment as originally received. UnderCoverWear usually processes returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt (available stock permitting). In the event of an out of stock situation, replacement may take up to six weeks. If an item of stock is discontinued customers will be issued with either a Merchandise Voucher or a refund. If a manufacturing fault becomes apparent (fair wear and tear excepted) after 30 days, customers may return the garment and if after examination the complaint is found to be justified, UCW will be issue either an exchange, Merchandise Voucher or refund on behalf of the ISC. Merchandise Voucher These are Vouchers to a specified value, redeemable for any item in our UnderCoverWear Collection within one year of date of issue and not redeemable for cash.
